2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by an abstract of the applicant's family records or a commercial register, as applicable, as well as documentation containing an outline of the plan and the work to be performed.

 

3. In the case of an application for approval under paragraph 1, details of conditions or the term may be added, as necessary.

 

(Repair of Facilities, etc.)
Article 8. When a person who has been granted approval for the installation, acquisition or lease of any facilities (hereinafter referred to as “user facilities”), intends to repair, alter, relocate, or remove any of the facilities, he shall submit an application for approval, in duplicate, to the Airport Administrator containing the following information. (However, the same shall not apply to minor repairs, alterations, relocations or removals acknowledged as such. by the Airport Administrator.)
(1)Name of person and/or organization and address;
(2)Facilities for which repair, alteration, relocation or removal is projected;
(3)Reasons for repair, alteration, relocation or removal of the facilities.

 

2. The Application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by documentation containing an outline of the plan and the work to be performed.

 

3. The Airport Administrator may issue the necessary instructions to a user of the facilities relating to the repair, alteration, relocation or removal of the facilities concerned.

 

(Restrictions on Assignment of Facilities, etc.)
Article 9. When a user of the facilities intends to assign, mortgage, or sublease the facilities for which he has received prior approval, or to change the purpose of his intended use of said facilities, he shall submit an application for approval, in duplicate, containing the following information through the Airport Administrator to the Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Facilities for which assignment, mortgage, sublease, or change in purpose of use is projected;
(3)Name and address of the person to who will assume responsibility for the said facilities following the above assignment, mortgage, or sublease;
(4)Intended use after the change has been implemented
(5)Reasons for assignment, mortgage, sublease or change in the purpose of
